Quick reminder that the club regatta weekend is fast approaching and, as before, if you want to save money then enter before end 9th July and you will not have to pay the “on-the-day” higher entry fee. It’s sure to be a busy weekend, so help us to help you and use the Webcollect link register. This will assist your race team and social committee in the smooth running of the event both on and off the water.

11th-12th July 2015 First warning signal 11:57am Saturday, 10.57 Sunday
Competitor Briefing 11:00am Saturday, 10.00am Sunday
Entry before 9th July (but no t-shirt if after 26th June):
Double Handed £25 (full weekend), £15 (single day)
Single Handed £17 (full weekend), £10 (single day)
Junior (U18) £14 (full weekend), £8 (single day)
Note: entry after on the day is at a 50% premium
Fleet assignment depends on entry; the following fleets are planned as long as more than 10 entries per class:
- Asymmetric Fleet
- Laser Fleet
- Handicap Fleet
- Miracle Fleet
- Junior Fleet (including Optimist NW Area Champs/Optimist Open)
Note: there will not be a separate regatta fleet for optimists but some support for the less experienced may be given and additional prizes allocated according to entries.
LLSC members and visitors should enter via the Webcollect link on the club website. Entries received by July 9th will get a discount entry fee and be eligible for a draw for one lucky winner to get a refund on the entry fee!
It promises to be a very busy weekend both on and off the water with lots planned so get your entries in now so as not to be disappointed. Motor homes and tents will be allowed on the grass area (the old Lowton SC club house site) beside the water edge.
